This notice describes ShivGoraksh's free, read-only website as currently implemented. Public registration, personalized accounts, newsletters, advertising and public AI conversations are not offered. Ordinary browsing and search
Pages, images and local fonts are requested from the website. The server receives request information such as an IP address, time, requested URL and browser headers needed to deliver and secure the service. Search terms and Calendar choices appear in URLs and can therefore appear in browser history or server logs. Do not put private information in a search query. The site does not add a public reading-history database or send these queries to an AI service.
Cookies and reading controls
Ordinary released reading pages do not require an authentication cookie. Protected authentication routes can use essential session, sign-in-flow and anti-forgery cookies; these support legitimate private access, not advertising. Public account features remain unavailable. Reading controls change the current page's presentation; the present interface does not require a persistent cross-site reader profile. Your browser may keep its own cache and history, which you control in its settings.
Analytics and external links
The public production website uses Vercel Web Analytics when enabled to understand aggregate readership. It receives public page addresses, visit times, coarse location, device and browser information, and limited referral information. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from reported page addresses, excludes Search, accounts, private areas and previews, and sends no custom events, reading text or account identifiers. An initial view with a referrer containing a path, query, fragment or credentials is omitted rather than reporting that referrer. We do not enable analytics cookies or advertising tracking. Vercel describes its visitor measurement as request-derived hashing, with visitor sessions discarded after 24 hours; this does not mean all aggregate statistics or infrastructure logs are deleted after 24 hours. See Vercel's analytics privacy information. Hosting and network services still process connection information to deliver and protect the site.
There is no advertising tracker or newsletter integration. External source links have their own privacy practices; opening them sends a request to that service. These providers may process information under their own policies. For questions about this website's processing, contact us by email below.
Email you choose to send
Contact, corrections, permissions and privacy inquiries go to a Gmail mailbox. Your address, message, attachments and email metadata are processed by your email provider and Google as part of delivery and mailbox storage. Send only what is necessary. Messages are used to respond, investigate the issue and retain relevant correspondence or rights/correction evidence. They are not used to enroll you in marketing. Google's own privacy policy also applies to its services.
Retention and requests
There is no published fixed automatic deletion period for correspondence or infrastructure logs. Relevant messages can remain in the mailbox, backups or a necessary correction/permission record; provider retention may differ. You may ask what information you supplied, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern by email. The request must be assessed with proportionate identity checks, applicable law, security and legitimate recordkeeping needs. No automated export/deletion portal or guaranteed response deadline is represented as available.
Children, sensitive information and changes
The library is for general educational reading and does not ask children for profiles. Do not send identification documents, passwords, health records or other sensitive information. Adults should help children with correspondence. This notice does not assert GDPR, DPDP or other blanket compliance certification. Material changes to features or data handling require an updated notice; the date above identifies this version.
Hosting and public reading
Vercel hosts the website and images. Supabase stores only the approved public reading collection in its Mumbai project. Page rendering retrieves that collection over HTTPS using restricted anonymous read access. No visitor account is required. Public AI, payments, registration and interactive Puja Mode are unavailable. The private authoring database and founder accounts are separate from these hosting services.
Public-production Web Analytics is described above. We do not enable application request logging. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser headers and operational/security logs under their own settings and terms. This is not a promise of zero retention. We do not set a public reading-account cookie. Protected review sites may require Vercel authentication or browser-held HTTP authentication credentials; those do not create a ShivGoraksh reader account. See Vercel Privacy and Supabase Privacy. Email sent to our contact address is handled by Gmail and your email provider as described above. Free hosting can be interrupted or paused; continuity is not guaranteed.
