Begin with a collection
Choose Scriptures for chapter reading, Learn for deities and philosophy, Devotion for prayers and hymns, or Puja & Practice for educational guides. No visitor login is needed for published reading. FAQs offers a curated set of introductory questions; Search finds eligible published material by title or subject rather than searching every word of every manuscript.
Change language
Use English / हिन्दी to open the corresponding language where supported. The same work keeps its identity in both languages. Sanskrit originals remain Sanskrit; English or Hindi translation and explanation are separate layers. Romanized lyrics are not English translations.
Read a scripture or long work
Open the work overview, choose a chapter or Start Reading, then use Previous/Next and Jump to Verse. Verse links can be shared. Reading settings adjust presentation without changing the text. Easy Roman is the default Roman aid; scholarly IAST remains available. Long works retain verse anchors and contents navigation. Meanings and explanations in devotional readers are visible alongside the reading units.
Use the Calendar
Choose a reference city, month and year within 2026–2028. Select a day for its Tithi boundaries, sunrise/sunset and observances; day links can be shared. Festival articles show supported occurrences before their explanation. A general Panchang guide has no invented festival date. Read Calendar Methodology for conventions and unresolved cases.
Sources, practice and unavailable features
Open Sources & References or the credits disclosure near the end of a work for its edition and reuse information. Practice guides are educational reading; interactive Puja Mode is unavailable, and a cultural description is not operational or lineage training. Public Aadesh generation, visitor sign-in and personalized saving are not active. You can continue reading without them.
